1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the th444 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and any user of the platform ("User" or "Member"). By accessing, browsing, or opening an account on the platform through the th444 website, mobile version, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully and unconditionally agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the th444 platform. These Terms may change from time to time, and the latest version published on this page will always apply.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and use the th444 platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age. Opening or managing an account on behalf of anyone under the age of eighteen is strictly prohibited.
• The user must be of sound mind and capable of making their own decisions.
• Any person subject to a court or authority-imposed ban on gambling or betting may not use th444.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at th444, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any pending balance.

3.2 Password & Account Security

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

th444 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a copy of a national ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

th444 supports financial transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking channels.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all methods.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after account verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit; requests to withdraw via a different method may be declined.
• In the case of unusual transactions, th444 may put withdrawals on hold until additional verification is completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

th444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. All such offers have specific terms that the user must comply with.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before the winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

• The wagering deadline runs from the time the bonus is received until a set expiry period.
• Any bonus not used within a specified period will be automatically cancelled.
• th444 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without giving a reason.

5.3 VIP Program

Active members can join the th444 VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Regular activity allows progression to higher tiers.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on th444 is governed by the following rules:

6.1 Sports Betting

• A bet can be cancelled before it is confirmed. Once confirmed, changes are not possible.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• Odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical issue may be cancelled.
• In an accumulator bet with multiple selections, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections will be recalculated.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated according to the rules of their respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others).
• For a game interrupted due to a technical error, play will resume from the last saved state.
• If a dispute arises over a game result, the server log will be treated as the final evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension, Restrictions & Closure

th444 reserves the right to impose restrictions on or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submit required documents.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns.
• A self-exclusion request made by the user in their own interest.
• Prolonged inactivity.

8.1 Account Closure Process

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they must contact the support team. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure and no breach of terms has occurred, the withdrawal process will be completed.
